We’ve heard your feedback and made things easier! Now, when you upload a conversation, it will immediately appear to anyone who has access to its collection—no extra steps required.
Previously, newly uploaded conversations started in “Draft” mode and needed to be published by an admin. We’ve removed that step to reduce friction and make sure your conversations don’t get lost along the way.
The Draft Conversations page is still available for admins who want more control. Clicking Make draft in a conversation’s Admin tab will hide it from anyone who isn’t an admin—perfect for privacy or review.

We’ve updated the navigation across our platform! You’ll notice a cleaner look: the top header is gone, and that info has moved to the left side of the screen. For organization admins, the old “Admin” section has been renamed to Settings and lives in the new left-hand menu. The menu that was previously named “Settings” is now accessible by clicking your name in the bottom left.
In Insights, there’s a new Refresh Highlights button available when you’re viewing a catalog. Click it to instantly pull in any new highlights, transcript edits, and more. Here’s more about how it works. As always, reach out to us at help@cortico.ai if you have any questions!
Collections on our platform can be set to human- or AI-transcription, which decides the transcription type for any conversations uploaded to it. A recent change on our platform means that all new collections are set to AI-transcription by default.
Why this matters: Your team can upload more conversations and get transcripts back faster than ever. AI-transcribed conversations don't count toward your upload cap, which admins can view from the Collection overview.
Want to stick to human-transcription? Project leaders can email help@cortico.ai to request that a collection be set to human-transcription instead.
