You can now Mute and Leave conversations in Freshconnect. These features work both for ticket/deal discussions in Contextual Messages and for group chats in Team Messages.
Updates are also available on Android and iOS.

We've constantly been receiving user-love for our 'invite external collaborator' feature that allows you to invite anyone into a Freshconnect discussion.
However, we noticed that some users were not able to discover this feature as easily as we expected, which was a real bummer!
So, we've gone ahead and given it a facelift. Now, you should see a more prominent 'Invite to Freshconnect' button across our UI.
