Continuing our path to making Shift Agent a brighter and more welcoming place, we have provided updates to the way that employees create their new availability sets to provide simplicity and happiness all around. 😄
Shift Agent learned a new trick! You can now unassign a shift without deleting it and recreating it. phew! What a pain that used to be...
There is now a button in Smart Scheduling that says "Unassign" that will unassign whoever is currently working a particular shift and, if it was published, notify them of the change.
