We've added the ability to share a unique link with your prospective tenant, so you can invite them to apply. As this is your own lead, applications made via this link won't be charged a booking fee. Try it out by creating a listing and toggling the 'Accepting Applicants' box. You can then copy and share the link with anyone (as well as still be able to list your property on Rentoo).

We have just launched our expense features. This currently allows you to create expense items and link it to your property. You can also create suppliers, upload receipts and add payment references. We're currently working on linking all the (existing) purchases you make to go directly under your expenses. We will also be releasing a feature that will make it easy to import your existing expenses via an excel file.
